How long does it take?
Most orders are ready within an hour of payment. You can follow every step live on your order page.
Is the song really original?
Yes. Lyrics are written for your order and the music is generated for it. You receive a licence for personal use (see Terms).
Which languages?
English, European Portuguese and Spanish today.
How many photos?
Between 5 and 40 depending on the package. JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC (where supported).
Do you recognise who is in my photos?
No. We detect where faces are so the camera keeps them in frame — we never identify people.
Who can see my video?
Only you. Download links are private and expire. Nothing is published.
Can I change something afterwards?
Standard and Premium include revisions of the video edit (style, format, lyrics display).
When are my photos deleted?
Photos are deleted automatically 30 days after delivery and videos after 90 days, or immediately if you delete your account. Encrypted backups are kept for 14 days.
