Your content

You confirm you own or have permission to use every photo and that people shown (or their guardians) agree. You keep all rights to your photos.

What you receive

A personal, non-commercial licence to the generated song and video for private use and sharing with family and friends. Commercial use requires a separate licence.

Revisions, cancellations and refunds

You can cancel for a full refund until music composition starts. After that, production is irreversible; if the result fails our quality checks we fix it or refund you.

Right of withdrawal

Your song and video are digital content made specially for you. When you order, you ask us to start right away and confirm that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the content has been delivered (EU Directive 2011/83, art. 16(m)). The same applies to hand-synced karaoke once the updated video is delivered. We confirm your order and this choice by email. Your rights when something is wrong with what you receive are not affected.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, hateful, sexual or defamatory content, and no content about people without their consent.
